This is the first winter I've use peanut butter for the birds.
Now we have daily bluebirds, woodpeckers, mockingbirds, cardinals, blue jays and towhees.

The bluebirds are my favorite.
AND of course the local squirrels can't get enough of the peanut butter.
Those boogers!!

I've used the same thistle sock all winter.  Found a hole in the bottom this morning and did some darning.
Refilled the sock and should be
"good to go" for the next
four to five days!!

Hello, pretty variety of birds. I love the bluebirds. It looks like you have some Pine Siskins there too. Enjoy your day and weekend!

The squirrels got into our sock and tore it. That might be what happened to yours.

I am sure those beauties love your yard. Well done with the peanut butter feeder, that is brilliant. We have so many fruit rats here we are discouraged from feeding the birds. Love that you can.

Sure enjoyed seeing your birds and feeders since Ive recently taken up feeding them. You have a great variety and I also recognize many of the same birds we have coming here. Just hung a thistle thing up and no takers yet, but it's taken them over a week to learn how to use the hanging feeders....ha ha LOL--so hopefully in a few days. Do you know which birds like it? That one feeder you have is huge, the one with all the birds hanging on it!---so neat!

I was wondering whether the birds were the only ones to appreciate the peanut butter and then I saw the squirrel... :-)
