In order to hold myself accountable for what I want to accomplish this new year;
I knew it was important to write my list down.
I started out with ten resolutions.
Any abstract goal I had thought about would be next to impossible to achieve
so the smaller the list the better.
Several of these goals will need to be made into a habit making my chances of succeeding greater to follow through out the whole year.
So there it is --
How about you??
Is there at least ONE resolution
or habit you would like do to improve yourself or make yourself feel better?

Great List! I don't do resolutions but I do make a list of things to improve on....lol, same thing huh? Improve my health is number one!

What is the Dulcimer????
Good luck. And I am going to eat better!
Good list! Eat more veggies is always at the top of mine. Also trying to keep with an exercise routine each week.
I like your list and I'm already doing #1. I had eaten chili for three days straight and was so tired of meat that I started craving veggies in a major way. So I've been eating mostly salads the last two days, and I have to say, I feel so much better! I think it's a good idea to start small with resolutions because if there are too many, you'll likely feel overwhelmed and give up. Instead of resolutions, I am doing a word for the year, and my word is Peace. :)
